Privacy policy
1. Data controller
The data controller is the operator of Epaperix.cz: Vladimír Večeřa, e-mail: epaperix@vladimir-vecera.cz. Use this e-mail for any questions or requests regarding personal data.
2. What data we process and why

The configurator also works without registration. Usage statistics are fully anonymous (we only count “Download STL” clicks, no IP addresses, no cookies). The site uses no tracking or marketing cookies – hence no cookie banner. Technical cookies: a sign-in session (accounts, admin) and a random anonymous identifier for counting gallery likes - not linked to a person.
3. Who we share data with
We never sell data or share it for marketing. Processors who access data solely to fulfil your order:
- Zásilkovna s.r.o. – parcel delivery (name, e-mail, pickup point)
- WEDOS Internet, a.s. – web and e-mail hosting (servers in CZ/EU)
4. Your rights
You can request by e-mail at any time:
- access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- erasure – the “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17); we also delete orders ourselves once completed
- restriction of processing (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21)
We reply within 30 days at the latest. If unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
5. Security
The site runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Orders are stored outside the publicly accessible part of the site, admin access is protected by a password and a login-attempt limit. We keep only the minimum data needed to fulfil an order.
