Panel dimensions (custom / check)
Pre-filled from the catalog. Module = outer outline of the glass/board; visible area = what shows in the window; offset = how far the visible-area centre is from the module centre (+X right, +Y up).
The body widens and deepens automatically to fit the board; the offset is relative to the panel centre.

around the visible display area
+ = larger window (panel edge visible), − = bezel overlaps the image edge

a separate thin part in the pocket in front of the panel; window smaller than the visible area by the overlap
download the cutting outline via the “Drawings (DXF+SVG)” export

room for electronics and battery; 0 = frame only
how much the frame supports the panel from behind
Screw bosses are fused into the cavity corners. The recommended screw length is in the summary. Inserts: hole M2.5 ⌀3.4 · M3 ⌀4.0 · M4 ⌀5.6 mm, pressed in with a soldering iron.
Clips: flexible tabs on the cover (8 × 1.2 mm) snap into windows in the body wall; the half-round notch on the bottom edge of the cover is for a fingernail to open it. Needs a body depth ≥ 10 mm and a wall ≥ 2 mm. Prints without supports.
a fence with a cable slot; glue or slide the battery in

Wedge with a lip: the frame stands in it on its bottom edge and leans against the slope. Prints flat, no supports.
Two feet (20 mm) slide onto the bottom edge of the frame near the corners – a tilted groove matching the frame thickness, the base extends backwards against tipping. Print 2×, no supports. The smallest stand, works without a back cover too.
A flat leg (26 × 2.4 mm) plugs through the back cover into a tilted socket on its inner side (like a photo frame). Needs a back cover and a body depth ≥ 7 mm; the leg length is in the summary. Prints flat.

No cutouts yet. Connectors are pre-filled for catalog displays.
Position along the edge from its centre; depth from the back of the panel backwards (negative for complete modules = within the module thickness). Print tolerance is added.

No labels yet (e.g. "Weather", room name, button captions).
X/Y coordinates are from the centre of the visible area (front) or the cover centre. Engraved labels stand out with a filament change in the last layers.

Before printing the whole frame, download the test frame – a thin ring around the panel (~10 min print). It verifies the panel fits and the window aligns with the image. Catalog dimensions come from datasheets until someone verifies them by printing.
